Terms of Cancellation
Your expedition in the TAUERN SPA Zell am See - Kaprun has to be cancelled?
Cancellations have to be in written form and are subject to the following terms :
SEASON A, B & C
Till 5 days prior to arrival the cancelation is free of charge. Between the 4th day before arrival and 03.00 pm the day prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total estimated cost. If we did not receive any notice before 03.00 pm the day prior to your arrival, or for no shows, we charge 100%.
SEASON D
Till 28 days priore to arrival you can cancel free of charge. If you have to cancel in the period between 27 and 7 days before arrival we will charge 90% of the total estimate hotel costs, if you cancel within 6 days priore to your arrival we will charge 100% of the total estimate hotel costs.
Prepayment: We kindly ask you to do a prepayment of 50% of the total costs of your stay till 28 days before arrival.
You can do the prepayment via bank transfer or with credit card.
